None of note other than small pockets of hard working and ethical lower management endeavouring to make the organisation “bearable” to work for.

Cons

Toxicity, no reward for hard work, smoke and mirrors, lack of corporate governance and a cut throat Executive just after their own success.

Pros

Good location. Great facilities. You can tell a small minority put in a lot of effort to make it feel like to a flexible and welcoming workplace.

Cons

Fear of upsetting conservative members means they’re reluctant to embrace diversity and inclusion. Toxic workplace culture where they seemed to turn a blind eye to incompetent and arrogant senior leaders who bullied and intimidated their staff.

Pros

The people at Avant are wonderful and passionate about what they do and the difference the organisation makes. They work here because of the ethos of the organisation.

Cons

Leadership is dysfunctional and totally non existent in the business / stemming from the top. There is a culture of bullying and being told what to do, rather than the CEO leaning on the expertise of people in the business. No focus on people, or their experience at work. This is not the place to drive your career, or use your skills to make a difference or drive change.
