      -Subsidized lunch and good snacks

      Cons

      -CEO lacks interpersonal skills and blames everyone else for failures under his leadership. He refuses to take any accountability for layoffs and company underperformance -Leadership is super fratty and if you are not in the "cool club", you will not be promoted -Product development is nonexistent -Leadership has failed to deliver on all strategic objectives for past two years -Three rounds of layoffs in last 18 months resulting in 50%+ of company being let go

      Good initial pay (aka cash burn) and supportive people if you are in the right group. In office perks like food subsidy and alcohol Strong product but poorly managed

      Cons

      - Leadership has no clue what they want to do. Its been a sinking ship since 2021. Multiple lay offs in last 18 months and recurring bad business decisions - Unprofessional environment ( leadership sitting with legs up on table in board meetings, frequent use of abusive words) etc..which they call "cool work culture" - People team is just a puppet of Leadership - Aggressive CEO. Leadership across in general lacks empathy
