Pros

Your pay is on time. They are very liberal with how they credit your time. Rules are sometimes followed, so schedules are suggestions and you don’t really need to be there on time, you can basically show up whenever you want to. No one gets wrote up for anything.

Cons

Extremely toxic leadership. The director and the nursing leadership need a massive overhaul. Residents are ignored and leadership does not investigate reportable incidents properly.

- Earn operations experience within a healthcare setting - Satisfying helping patients and their families - Very fulfilling job where no two days are the same, and they go by quick - Fellow staff are amazing to work with; great people in this setting - Amazing networking opportunities and experience to be gained

Cons

- Looked upon for guidance always, even when inconvenient - Can be long hours, including during your weekends - Death is a part of this setting, and if this makes you uncomfortable, I wouldn't recommend
