Avante consists of 5 separate and unique divisions. I can only speak about the oncology division.
Pros
I do my work, keep my head down, and cash my check. I am left alone to do my work as long as customers do not complain and all my TPS reports are done on time. The benefits are OK but costs rise every year. The 401K match is 1.25% of up to the first 5% the employee puts in. It's an odd system made to look like it's a 5% match, but it's not.
Cons
Private Equity bought up 5 companies that where well run and doing fine in their own right. The suits are trying to get them all organized the same way and can't figure out why they are losing money. The PE money comes out of Chicago and gets wasted in Charlotte at what is self-described as the Center of Excellence. They terminated all the Oncology managers that knew the business and replaced them with inexperienced Diagnostic Imaging managers that tried to run both divisions the same.
