Pros
Coming off the back of a year in recruitment with one company, I had no idea what to expect and I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that not all recruitment companies are the same. This is a brilliant work environment and definitely a place where you can learn the art of recruitment from excellent mentors and trainers to ensure you have a fantastic and very prosperous career!
Cons
I honestly can’t think of anything to say that would be considered as a ‘con’. I think the company and management have listened to the employees here and have come up with a really great structure for success. All the processes and plans in place here at Avanti have been systematically engineered to give you every chance to make a name for yourself in this industry.
