      -Immediate vesting and matching on 401k -provide 40 hours for personal development/volunteering

      Cons

      My first two reviews which provided details informing my opinion have been removed, so pardon the lack of specifics in the cons. Let me just say that in 15 years of contracting experience, this was the least professional place I have worked.

      Pros

      Great people in delivery and some parts of the company.

      Cons

      Homogenous demographic of Program Managers, Directors, Executives (and the Board of Directors). Unfocused and unclear vision. Empty promises from the CEO. Poor performers remain in leadership positions.
