Pros

- People at the company are generally friendly and supportive. - You will gain valuable knowledge about payment systems. - There are opportunities to gain both onsite and offsite experience. - The company offers a good work-life balance. - Good option for early career starters. - A good company for short-term experience, particularly if you plan to stay for 8-12 months. - Company has a strong and supportive alumni network.

Cons

- The legacy of the late CEO, Mehmood Sb, seems to have been overlooked. - Avanza appears to be transitioning towards a more support-focused role within the industry. - A three-month notice period seems impractical in today’s fast-paced job market. - The company does not provide gratuity upon resignation, often stating, "The financial situation of the company is not favorable at the moment; we will pay you after two years." However, follow-up emails tend to be ignored after resignation. - There are concerns regarding tax deductions from employees' salaries, with some employees facing resistance when requesting the company’s NTN for their tax certificates. - The “Kudos Day” has unfortunately become a platform for internal politics.
