Pay is way below market. Expect paycheck to be half market value. Everyone that worked there is only interested in maintaining the status quo. They don't comment their code, there is no leadership to maintain any level of quality other than make it work, and the code is god awful since there is no consideration for maintenance. Environment is set-up to cause people to be "greedy" with their time. If time is spent helping someone else, you are required to make that time up later. Same thing applies to being considerate to the person that has to go in after and maintain the code in the future.
