Pros

There are many. Flexible work hours, a non-corporate atmosphere, some really nice people.

Cons

A non corporate atmosphere in a 1-5 million dollar company leaves room for many grey areas and no real employee advocates other than upper management. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
