For the most part, we think that “feeling like a start-up at times” is a feature, not a bug. We understand where you’re coming from, but we do want to maintain a “small company” feel internally. Hopefully, as we continue to grow, we can take everything good about becoming a larger company without losing that.
We have taken, and continue to take, great strides in the direction of making mobility –and, with that, knowing where you stand in the company- a clearer process. We hope that since the time of this posting, you have found that we’ve improved in this area.
