      Good potential and high level of autonomy

      Pros

      The company is doing well and give its employee high level of autonomy and trust, which I appreciate.

      Cons

      Too many people take every feedback personally. Some people, especially in Marketing team, want to look perfect upfront, and actually confront people saying how they don't like it when we talk about their work upfront. This really hinder progress and made other employee spent unnecessary energy.

      Overall, I find it to be a rewarding and positive experience. One of the most appreciated aspects of working at this company is the autonomy and reliability I have in my role. I feel trusted to manage my workload and schedule, which has allowed me to be more productive and feel more in control of my work. Another noteworthy advantage is the freedom to explore and the potential for both personal and company growth. There are numerous opportunities to learn new skills and undertake new challenges, and the company is always looking for ways to expand and improve. I find it encouraging that the company encourages and invests in employee growth, and I believe this is one of the strengths of the organization.
