      Excellent company to build flight time and earn a substantial salary.

      Pay, Flight Hours, Well maintained aircraft, Flexible with scheduling.

      Cons

      Austere environment for work, Long periods away from home, weak management at the corporate level, marginal screening criteria for pilots, ineffective business development.

      Aviation Specialist/Pilot

      Pros

      Good pay (now). They are good at stealing contracts with shady practices.

      Cons

      They sue their employees. They have a training benefit agreement that doesnt expire, uses their attorney to represent you (and you have to pay both legal fees), they have a substandard safety rating. The have crashed 3 king airs, and killed 6 people. They have been violated from DMCA/DCAA. They have doctored records from one of the accidents. Their chief pilot starved a king air out of fuel. The list goes on and on, and on.

      Pros

      Loved my job, not the company.

      Cons

      To much favoritism toward employees from owners and upper management. NO room for advancement. Hard to get family or vacation time off. Raises are not given out without you asking and fighting for it. Not even cost of living raises!
