      Pros

      The only Pro is the benefits and small annual bonus. Please make sure to not voice any opinions to fair employees. Stay, to cold hard facts only.

      Cons

      Management can be morbid and selfish. Annual company-wide salary reviews, can be so beneficial, when they increase one's salary by 0.01%. Hard to see any overall growth plans for one's character (employees) and lifelong benefits in general. Since yesterday, this company desperately needs new management in place and maybe take a training course in ethics, as well.

      Easy job, almost zero brain power is required to do it although some still struggle.

      Cons

      Where to begin, zero pay increases, no communication with leadership, gaslighting and nepotism of the highest order etc. Do not work here

      Good people to work with at the lower levels and good place to learn about the simulator industry. Good health, visual, and dental insurance.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they're doing and don't really consider employees input.
