      Pros

      Supportive teammates and collaborative work environment. Opportunities to learn new tools and technologies. Flexible work setup and reasonable autonomy. Exposure to real projects with meaningful impact.

      Cons

      Workload can become overwhelming during peak periods. Priorities sometimes shift without clear communication. Limited documentation for some processes. Career growth path could be more defined.

      Pros

      Really pleasant and skilled colleagues, and a good working environment, well located offices, good salary. You can learn a bit about e-commerce and it’s ecosystem. Kinda software house/hybrid consultancy can be nice. Good remote work benefits.

      Cons

      From a backend perspective it is perhaps not at the forefront of technology anymore - you may find yourself stagnating skill wise. The software house style is both a blessing and a curse as it is a little bit too dependent on the market & projects to dictate how much they invest in their platform and tech. At the end of the day you are just helping companies sell more things.
