Pros

These where few and far between towards the end of my time with Avensure. Most of the staff are friendly but too many cliques have been formed by ex peninsula employees. Avensure are working to the mantra of trying to be the next peninsula I think. They were obsessed and still are according to the few people I still speak to.

Negative working environment Us and them mentality too small no progression no development training is substandard

Pros

None seriously all the reviews on here are placed by management and they don't want staff putting reviews on. At times is was beyond belief working here, ran by inexperienced and unqualified people.

Cons

The entire time of working here was a con. They are a very small fish in a very big pond and they have little-ism ! they are not trying to run before they can walk they are trying to ballroom dance before they can walk. The best staff they have leave or are actively looking for new positions elsewhere.

Pros

Most of the employees are great people to work with. Free breakfast once a month. Offices are in a good location.

Cons

The senior management want to micro manage everything but the company has grown too much to do that. Staff are not trusted to be given access to information that will enable them to do their jobs properly and getting a decision from senior management is impossible. Some staff get preferential treatment, there is no consistency and salaries vary greatly. No company sick pay scheme officially. The CRM system is never updated so is a waste of time.
