Extremely crooked management and has a history of cheating employees. No yearly appraisals only promises and nothing is given. No fixed incentive structure at all. The senior management team is Extremely unethical and unprofessional and lie continuously. They assume that they own the company and is rude to employees on a regular basis. Discrimination against women employees that are due for their maternity. They are very unprofessional and ruin potential deals due to their arrogance and bias.They use filth and insult employees . Salaries are paid on the 7th of every month . Horrible work environment.

- Does not deliver whatever that was promised during contract signing - Promises one thing and delivers subpar items back. E.g. Pressured us to sign up for CLT programme with IMDA, promises to let us do courses on topics other than the software we are working on to improve our range of skills. In the end only give us less than 6 hours worth of training on UIPath (and ended abruptly), followed by a training session on the software we are currently working on. (Completely different from promised.) Seems to be aiming for the monetary grants from IMDA only. - Unable to give proper clarifications when asked about more specific details of how some processes is going to work, e.g. reimbursement for certifications
