      Company culture: two words that hold a lot of weight and can be the difference in making or breaking your professional happiness. I don’t mean to sound dramatic, but the truth is, there’s a lot more than salary and title to consider. The people at Aventedge are very helpful, approachable and like family. The social life and the banter makes it a fun place to work at. Aventedge is the reason that I have chosen business development as my career and they have given me a solid foundation. The extensive mentorship and training provided at Aventedge has set me up for success. It is a great place to start your career.
