Working at AAD is an opportunity that transforms you as a person. You build self-confidence, people skills, and professionalism. The employees are very uplifting and always willing to lend a helping hand. I learned a plethora of valuable sales information that I've applied to other aspects of my life, such as the law of averages and overcoming objections. This job changed me for the better.
Cons
The nature of this job means that new hires are only around for a couple weeks before they inevitably give up or get promoted. For anyone living outside of Columbus (like I did), the hour long commute results in you not only limiting the amount of time you spend with family, but hitting a break even point in terms of income. Lastly, it's hard to fear of loss someone when they see you (or another rep) every Wednesday...
