Pros

To be honest, I can't think of any pro's.

Cons

• Minimum wage. Won't be getting the pay rise promised. ●Management have no experience in the aged care sector. And are way too young with no life experience, making bad decisions and promising action but not following through. Spending money on ridiculous things instead of focusing on what is really important. ●Refusing to sign contracts with agency so we can get back up when staff are sick. ● Making PCA's do cleaning and kitchen work. ●Doing a shift again when you have already worked 10 hours. ●Allowing residents to bully staff members.
