I learned a lot there. This is an organization where you can know nothing about the business and the leaders and the team will teach you everything you know to be the best in the business.

Cons

Not very structured in terms of expectations.

Pros

Averity is a collaborative work environment, the leadership offers significant training and mentorship so their employees can be as successful as possible. The expectation is that you put in your best effort but they recognize that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses.

Cons

Fully remote which is actually a plus but it would be great to see colleagues in person more.

Before Averity I didn’t think it was possible to truly love what you do for work everyday. I can without question say this is the best company with the most genuinely awesome and helpful people I have ever worked with ! Team work is #1 here and it shows, you are set up for success from the minute you start. I can’t wait for the years to come!
