      Poor Management! CEO Disrespect employees CEO talks to other employees calling them names Theres NO HR If the CEO is having a bad day, then she will take it out on everyone! If you speak to the President /COO regarding an issue with the CEO and he speaks to the CEO next thing you will be FIRED!

      Pros

      This is an excellent company to work for. Its a small company, so in a lot of ways it's like a family. There is also more to this company than the bottom line, executives to workers, everyone cares about the safety and well being of the patients who are implanted with the device we manufacture. Also, very good benefits.

      Sometimes in the winter there is a slight chill in my office.
