      - opportunities to learn new technologies and adopt them - R&D (some extent) - free food, snacks, sodas, beer - flexible timings - talented engineering (but bad management) - talented sales & support teams

      Cons

      - lack of communication, teams silo-ed - bad management, politics, - R&D focus shift - unfair and dishonest treatment - lot of work hours, no work-life balance - number of good colleagues across teams have quit - fight for opportunities and credit

      - fun team, extremely smart people to work with - fast-paced place to work - great technology, challenging work and a lot to learn - real world impact

      it's startup, so sometimes a process or documentation isn't there, but everyone is extremely helpful with growing success comes stress related to the volume of projects and interesting work that you want to work on and do not have the time
