Pros
Avi Technologies gives enough time to their employees to prove their abilities. It also gives platform to the freshers. Definitely good company to work in challenging IT recruitment world.
Cons
Being Account Manager I have seen many people crib about company who were unable to prove their potential. I would like to add this comment as a part of the company. "Any company will never think loosing productive employee" People whoever has posted their thoughts about this company might be not confident or Non-Productive.

Worst ever worked or heard....management interested in extracting contacts and terminate the employee giving never heard

nothing is best here......will loose everything working here....

The so called management never ever analysed about why an employee (s) are unable to perform. No encouragement, no support....sheer waste of time working here...
