      Avia Star gives opportunities for growth and great benefits. You just need to find the right program that will work for you on the long term. Great People, Great Benefits and CHOICES. You just need to find the right program, the right coach and never give up until it works out.

      Cons

      Very demanding on the individual regarding self management and setting goals.

      Pros

      There are always challenges for me to take. Everybody works as a team. The team is diverse, lots of different backgrounds and cultures. The working environment, the flexibility and work life balance are awesome.

      Cons

      Performance based progression only, the amount of time spent in the company makes no difference.

      There's a great team environment and everyone is willing to help you. You can talk to anyone at anytime. They're really invested in your personal and professional development.
