Cons
Confused Management, High Employee Turnover, mostly middle aged crowd, lacks innovation, no team bonding. HR is the worst department; They are not being fair and transparent. - Managers & Top Management are not people-centric. They are only concentrating on the production output. - Chances of promotion and getting self-worth feeling is highly low. - Salary is not given as per expertise, knowledge and experience. - IT Dept is too poor, sometimes takes over a month to resolve the most simplest of issues.<…
