      Well....you build time and get a pay check.

      Cons

      The owner of the company is an extreme narcissist. He "controls" everything as if the company was running in the 1990's. Certainly a company to stay far away from unless you need a job. Turn over is high from pilot positions to office staff,,,,,

      Management style was fear, ridicule and intimidation.

      Stands behind their employees and has fairly good communications.

      Cons

      Needs to expand the maintenance personnel and mid to large jet aircraft experience. Salaries are not up to market standards by far.
