Pros
They give you a week to get acclimated to the difficult work environment. The training people were nice and so were some of the coworkers.
Cons
Rude and confrontational coworkers. You always feel like you are being watched. Coworkers gossip and will go behind your back to HR and make lies about you. Breaks were never really breaks, they were mad dashes to eat your food on time and get back to the floor so you wouldn't get fired. The management treated you in an infantile manner.
