      Great location, not so great leaders

      Pros

      The locations is great and most people are wonderful to work with. Very fast-paced environment. Smart group of people.

      Cons

      The organization can be cliquish if you are not friends with the CEO or have not worked at an organization where a lot of the employees came from. It's a small company but the turnover and "letting people go" is high.

      "Cliquish" is an understatement. Huge egos are rampant. Senior scientists are closed-minded and hateful, to the point of sabotaging the work of others. Management has no clue how to go about proper drug development.
