      With change in leadership everything took a downturn

      Pros

      Had awesome culture and leaders understood the industry well. The SVP was awesome and connected with the staff. They cared about clients and employees which was a rare combination.

      Cons

      All downhill after they started poaching leaders from banks. Leaders who claimed they cared but did the opposite. Couldn't keep up with their legacy systems and lost their edge when they lost all the key contributors and SMEs. Created silos in the name of finding efficiency and improving service, terrible execution of Management strategies.
