Pros
Interesting Sector to work in. Potential to be something exciting if only the execution and handling of employee training was on par with anything professional in the world.
Cons
Bosses are incredibly unprofessional and unconcerned with the well being of employees. "You are my lowest priority right now." Quit at this point. Forgot to pay employees about half of the time. Chasing your paycheck is no fun.
