      Google the owner ..... The companies Legal business name is Better Business Systems. Even the CFO was in on it. Google the following. Willis Chrans fraud You will see all you need to know. Around the time this all happens the owner sold all of his businesses to hide his assets. Trust your career and your contacts/clients here with this guy and his leadership. No way. Avoid this place like the plague.

By definition, an entrepreneur is a person who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so. The founder of our company is a true entrepreneur. Early on in our founder’s career, he trusted business partners involved with a complex international investment. Investors, including the founder of our company, unfortunately lost money. All of the other partners were made whole by our founder. It was an unfortunate situation in which all parties were at a disadvantage. However, a true entrepreneur carries on, assumes personal responsibility and risk to create not only companies, but local jobs and thriving economies.       Zero loyalty to hardworking tenured/all employees

      Was once a great place to work. People use to enjoy it.

      I have read some recent reviews and had to contribute. Having had worked for this company for so long it's clear the new reviews are fake. No one at this company outside the small inner circle are happy. The only ones happy are the new middle mgmt with inflated salaries paid for by the recent cuts in others pay. The main cut came from the business development team. I listen to the CEO say repeatedly over the years he would never cut the engine of our company (the sales team) commission. That is exactly what he let his new leadership team do to cover their salaries mid 2018. What do these people do.... have meeting after meeting about nothing. They want to hear themselves talk. They pontificate non stop. We have recently seen a number of tenured upper mgmt leave this company as well as all their seasoned sales individuals. We just saw 4 of the sales team from Southern California leave all in a matter of days a few weeks ago. Their tenure totaling 25 years +. Something is systemically wrong at this company. 4 top producers and future leaders do not all leave the same week unless something was terribly wrong. Arrogant mgmt is what I have seen. I also read a response to a recent review stating the CEO is an entrepreneur and everyone lost on an international investment, yet the CEO of this company was the only on indicted. Interesting , that does not scream trust honesty and integrity. In fact it says the opposite. Dig deeper and you will see the other investors were not made whole. Google the CEO and fraud. This company has been going down hill since the new mgmt team has taken over. -Failed services -Atrocious client and employee attrition -Increase in mgmt with no understanding of how to run a company Most importantly this company's arrogance and know it all attitude stemming from upper mgmt has left the employee the hard working payroll specialist, bookkeeper, HR consultant .....with no motivation and or future. These hardworking employees have no voice. Not hear its listen up and do what your told or we will outsource your job to India as well. Please do not be another Avitus casualty and take this post seriously. There are good companies out there that will appreciate you. They will pay you more and train you to advance. Here you have to be part of a specific family to advance. If I were to guess this company is going to have a layoff soon the way things have been going.

No. However, the leaders of our company realize that in order to grow and continue to improve and have success, we must not always remain the same. Regular evaluation of company operations, culture, vision and engagement are critical. As a company policy, we do not and have not encouraged employees to leave “fake” reviews. Google and outdated media articles that lack complete information are not the best option when folks are seeking the truth in complex matters, including international investments.
