      Plenty of opportunity for promotion and to work on projects outside of your general scope Excellent value added model Strong financials Leader in the VAD space

      Senior leadership are more interested in beating people up than actually helping them to succeed Poor culture High staff turn over Was once a great place to work, now not so much

      Friendly people at your work level

      Cons

      No engagement from management, MD is a bully and unprofessional when in close doors. Promotion is impossible unless you are part of the "it" group, sometimes roles are given before they are advertised for everyone else to apply (announcement is done but only to comply with HR), work recognition is stolen by management.

      Pros

      Not Much. Vendor Training available at company's expense.

      Cons

      Horrible Management. Pay is way lower then market. They will offer more dollars on the commission side but business units are unable to teach target. 45K salary offered which is ridiculous in Sydney. Don't bother. There are better opportunities out there.
