If you are brand new to commercial aviation and have no choice then this is a decent start to learn the ropes on MD80,737,etc.
Cons
No benefits,no insurance and unlicensed mechanics running rampant in the hangar taking parts from one plane and installing on another with no paperwork whatsoever.This place takes short cuts at a dangerous level.
