Pros
lots of wonderful colleagues, important mission, leadership that wants the organization to be great.
Cons
some not-so-wonderful colleagues and some employees who are not well suited to their work (or have been at the organization for a long time or never worked anywhere else/any other non-profit), leadership that fails to make Avodah a truly great place to work aligned with programmatic values and does not compensate staff adequately in certain offices. Benefits are not great.
