Pros

there is no pros for this company.

Cons

I was offered a position by this company on 15 December 2025. After repeated assurances that the offer was confirmed and that the company would not back down, they convinced me to resign from my existing job. I trusted their words and resigned in good faith, expecting to join them in early February as promised. Soon after, they started delaying my joining date, claiming there were quota issues with MOHRE. I clearly asked them multiple times if there was any risk or problem, and I even offered to extend my notice period with my employer if needed. Each time, I was assured there was no issue and that I should wait. They issued a visit visa for me, but then allowed the visa to expire without onboarding me. I even offered to join remotely until their MOHRE issue was resolved, but they refused and insisted that I continue waiting. After months of uncertainty and false assurances, they suddenly withdrew the offer, citing internal business and operational review. By that time, I had already lost my previous job and had been left unemployed for more than three months. This situation caused serious financial loss, emotional stress, and damage to my career. I was forced to accept another job under long-term contractual obligations with unfavorable conditions, simply because I had no other choice after being left without employment. What made the situation worse was their behavior after the withdrawal. When I requested goodwill compensation for the damage they caused, they completely stopped responding and effectively ghosted me. My strong advice to anyone considering employment with this company: Do not resign from your current job until you have an official MOHRE contract in hand. Verbal assurances and offer letters mean nothing if the company decides to change its mind. Based on my experience, this company showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for candidates' careers and livelihoods

Pros

A perfect workplace for anyone allergic to real work. If you work here long enough, you’re highly qualified to keep working here… and nowhere else.

Cons

Outdated technology makes it easy to adapt, a slow pace makes it easy to cope, and endless meetings ensure that nothing ever moves too fast — leaving plenty of breathing time. Data quality and security are questionable at best; wrong estimates and polished reports somehow always conclude that everything is going perfectly for leadership (Leadership is happy, people are happy). A large portion of the workforce is actively searching for their next opportunity — especially those who genuinely want to work, not just those favored by management. Others appear to be surviving rather than growing. Motivation is low, ambition is optional, and productivity is often replaced by staying quiet, praising management, and passing time instead of solving real problems. The culture is clearly divided: decisions happen inside glass rooms, while everyone else waits for instructions. On some days, even the ‘culture’ itself is left standing outside the glass door. :P Real work goes through D → C → B → A and comes back as something else. Rinse, repeat, for years.

Pros

salary always comes on time.

Cons

High level of internal politics that affects daily work and mental peace. Company gives too much uncontrolled power to one individual, leading to biased decisions. Favoritism is common – people hire their friends or known contacts, creating an unfair environment. Employees from certain nationalities feel sidelined, which affects collaboration and morale. Lack of transparency and weak leadership. No proper HR intervention for resolving conflicts or unfair treatment. Growth and recognition depend on relationships, not performance.
