      Pros

      Where to begin with the pros of working for Avtrade... first of all, a perfect blend of professional environment and an environment where everyone is comfortable to be themselves. The senior management team are always visible and easily approachable. Opportunities to progress within the business seem to be heavily encouraged. Avtrade really is a place where everyone works together to achieve a common goal, and that in itself makes it a brilliant place to work.

      As of right now, I am yet to experience any!

      I have been with the company for three years now, and my overall experience has been very positive. It’s a great place to work, with a supportive and friendly environment that makes a real difference to day-to-day job satisfaction. One of the standout aspects of the company is the people. I work with genuinely kind, approachable colleagues who create a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere. It has always felt easy to build strong working relationships here. The company also does a fantastic job of organising regular work events, which really help bring teams together and strengthen the sense of community. These events are always well thought out and enjoyable. Another highlight is the beautiful surroundings and workplace environment, which makes coming into work something to look forward to. It contributes positively to both wellbeing and productivity. Overall, I’m very happy here and would recommend the company to others looking for a positive, people-focused workplace.

      Cons

      The location can be challenging to access, as transport links are not particularly strong. There are limited local amenities nearby, such as shops or places to eat. While food vans do visit, they can be a bit expensive, so bringing your own lunch is often a better option.
