Pros

Pays well for a first job, get to work with lots of talented developers, a good sense of camaraderie between the devs, very convenient if you live in the Tacoma area.

Cons

Very chaotic and ultra fast paced. No real training on the company product. No development methodology in place.

Cons

Role was totally misrepresented. One of the co-CEO’s is a narrow minded, narcissistic, megalomaniac who does not know how to recruit talent or how recruiting works.

Work from home. Benefits package was adequate.

Cons

Months without pay, without warning and without sympathy. Empty promises of compensation for sticking through the hard times. Never once talked directly to execs/management despite the company being comprised of ~30 people. Work laptop I was given was outdated and poorly maintained, which made working from home more of a burden than a boon.
