The projects can range from bleeding edge technologies to legacy systems. The team at Avvenire is great, there are great developers on the team. Management works as hard as they can to be flexible with you. Instead of taking a whole vacation day for a doctors appointment, for example, you have the ability to leave early or come in late and make up the hours during the week. The culture is also pretty laid back and everyone is pretty easy going.
