- CEO is great, really looks after all staff and is very approachable.

Cons

- HR is a nightmare - needs to be addressed. - Salary is pathetic - it's 2019, Avvio! - No on boarding or introduction - thrown into a position without any mentoring or POC. - Office culture is dominated by staff who have family relationships in the office or have been there for years - Talking behind peoples back is common in the smoking area and can be heard from the upstairs bathrooms FYI ! - Office is in a major need of a upgrade

The notice period is short.

Cons

Was hired for a role and the job was changed to a completely different position without any indication. Large focus on the negative, low company morale. Unrealistic expectations, and a lack of professionalism. Unskilled workers with family connections promoted and praised for work they don't do. Stressful environment, no pay raises, departments limited by a non existent budget, unhappy staff for the most part with no social events or sense of togetherness.
