Pros
I met and worked with some very smart leaders and great people during my time there. Awair was also ahead of others in the market with their product. I made some good friends and mentors while there.
Cons
The best leaders that were there are mostly gone now, and the good ones that are left have less power. The new executive leadership has changed the culture and the direction of the business. The biggest problem is probably no communication internally. No one is clear on goals, jobs feel insecure, leadership seems secretive and any disagreement or opposing opinions are unwelcome. The CEO is intimidating toward employees, and can be rude to clients. HR leadership has little to no experience in HR. When I left, it just wasn’t the same company that it was when I started. Everyone seems under a lot of pressure.
