      In the starting when i have joined environment is very good and most of the talented peoples are their.

      1. After some time one by one all most talented employees goes from Awarebase because of there is no value of talent in talent and biased system followed all the time. 2. not follow new technologies, out dated.

      Not very good at implementation and planning. Trying to do too many things and not keeping a realistic time frame in mind regardless of the number of PM's that they have.

      Since you wrote your post, we've taken some very deliberate steps to improve our planning and management and we're seeing the results - high quality software with many features delivered into production every 2 weeks.
