Not a long-term company. Most employees are young, inexperienced, entry-level, so dependability, attention to detail, and professionalism is lacking. The other side of the employee pool are overpaid executives. There's little to no middle management which is difficult for the worker bees to get anything approved or get face time with the decision makers. There's a lot of last minute tasks and errors that could have been avoided weeks before they arised. Additionally, executives rarely know what their employees do which makes yearly reviews and raises an issue.
Salary. Again, most employees are young and inexperienced and the salaries match. There is little to no movement within the company so make sure the job you get is the job you want long-term.
