Cons
1. Health insurance effective from 3rd month. 2. You can not trust what the management say. The company hired me at the end of Feb and lay off me 2 weeks later. The reason I choose the company not other offers is because they say they will sponsor and pay for visas. And they lay off me on week3 during the training phase without a reason. Great, I have refused other offers and great, only few days before h1b registration close. 3. Ironically, 2days before lay off, the management talked with me in the lab and say there are several projects that will need my inputs. 4. After management give me the lay off check and before I return to my cubicle, they already opened my computer and start deactivate my computer account. Worst employment experience I ever had, very poor management and this employer really messed up my life.
