      Pros

      OK health insurance OK pay This company will show you why small staffing agencies remain small. Large scale projects are run by small minded individuals. Run!!!! I put this as a pro because everyone needs this lesson in this industry :)

      Unorganized No training Unclear job descriptions Unreasonable expectations Out of touch management Awful 401k structure No bonus structure VP and Regional managers do not consider market analysis and make promises to customers that create strained relationships at the local level.

      Pros

      No drug testing or background check you can work there on n off as often as you like they'll hire anybody literally anybody

      Cons

      Everybody on drugs they pay you nothing to work there and it's not worth it
