You independently as a lawyer since you’re the only lawyer at that office location. You only work with the front desk customer service rep daily.

Cons

Low pay, no benefits, lots of driving from different office locations, work is repetitive, lack of mentorship from other lawyers so you’re on your own for everything, no chance of growth and opportunities here
