Pros
I've worked with this organization for almost 8 years now and the owners are truly invested into growing every member of the team personally and professionally. The culture here is great and there is an impressive amount of effort exerted in an effort to retain it. The opportunity to grow is tremendous as the company is still growing quickly. The organization continues to focus in on its offerings and this allows for everyone in the team to have a better chance to succeed. The last two years have been excellent especially as the "start-up" mindset has gone away and the company has begun to focus on its future trajectory.
Cons
Being part of a team at Axia Technology Partners means being flexible and sometimes working in elements that aren't in your job description. This is a con and a pro depending on how you look at it.

AxiaTP is a great company with numerous clients nationally! Others have posted small company but their revenues are over 15MM so I'm not sure what these folks are calling small? They pay very competitively and they have been featured in thestreet.com and numerous other trade and industry publications.
Cons
The only downside to this company is their offices are downtown and parking can be expensive.
