      Pros

      good product idea which will be path breaking if correctly executed.

      Cons

      Employees needs to treated better. Lack of professional environment resulting in many good employees leaving . Threating employees who are leaving needs to be stopped.

      Free lunch, usually good food

      Cons

      Management is the worst. Does not care about employees. Manipulative and no transparency. Compensation way below industry standards. But expected to work through all weekends and holidays.

      - Very diverse team, each team member is specialized in a different thing which makes every interview feel fresh and not a drag. - Its a startup so you get your feet wet and learn a lot of things thanks to it. - direct contact and interactions with hardware developers.

      Cons

      - A little bit challenging at times as there is a lot to learn. - A lot of keywords 😓 so sometimes you don't fully understand whats been talked about but eventually you will get it.
