      Collaborative culture that works hard to get things done. There is a key focus on development of talent with plenty of resources provided for learning and development within the organization. Benefits are strong and good.

      Cons

      Sometimes bureaucracy can get in the way of getting things done though there is significant effort in trying to reduce the layers to get things going.
