Apart from the work Location (Coimbatore), I don't see any specific Pros to mention here. No Variable pay. No Medical Insurance. Salary Issue

Cons

Here you can see most of the Managers, leads are well known (or) might be relatives to the VP & CEO of this company. Whoever the people bought-up in & around Coimbatore, who want to receive some monthly figures as salary without having career graphs & plans can stay here. They don't have such commendable client base, also they are the Godfathers of Micro-Management.
