Pros

Atleast it is a job

Cons

Poor communication, unrealistic and uncommunicated expectation surprise mandatory overtime right before the end of your shift, poor pay, and inconsistent paychecks. All in all a pretty toxic place to work I wouldn't recoment to anyone I know

Toxic and Dysfunctional Leadership, Avoid at ALL Costs

Pros

The only “pro” is the experience you gain in learning what kind of environment to never work in again. Some coworkers genuinely try to support each other and make the best of an impossible situation.

Cons

Leadership operates through fear, manipulation, and dishonesty with huge ego problems that prevent collaboration. The culture is toxic, with zero teamwork, transparency, or accountability. When things go wrong, the Dir. of Ops is always looking for whom to blame instead of the solution. Employees are treated as expendable tools rather than valued contributors, and as a result, the company has become a revolving door of burned-out staff who refuse to tolerate the treatment. Paychecks are often delayed 1-4 weeks with no option for direct deposit, and reimbursements can take anywhere from 3 to 12 months, without interest, leaving employees to carry the financial burden. Management frequently shifts blame, sets unrealistic deadlines, and fails to provide the basic tools or resources necessary to do the job. Countless hours are wasted in meaningless meetings about things that don’t matter, while critical issues go completely ignored. Leadership engages in unethical, and at times, illegal behavior with no accountability. Hard work, loyalty, and long hours (often exceeding 60 per week) are met with indifference or outright hostility. The environment is one of fear, chaos, and verbal abuse, where being yelled at like a child is considered normal management behavior. It’s 2025, yet the leadership mindset is stuck in the past- authoritarian, unprofessional, and completely devoid of integrity or respect. Prospective employees are strongly encouraged to read all current and former staff reviews on Glassdoor before accepting any offer. Those reviews speak for themselves and accurately reflect the ongoing issues within this organization. The majority of current employees are miserable and already looking elsewhere.
